How your body stores Sadness and grief

Grief is the loss of a loved one or something that can never be got back.
Sadness can be a loneliness condition, a feeling of not fitting in, or a lack of being valued.
The lung area stores this sadness and grief energy because the heart is the center of all emotions that can impact the lungs.

Our body cells are the recorders of emotions. Emotions are energy. Let's understand the fields of the body that store different emotions.

1. Throat
When you don't express your emotions properly. You suppress real emotions that you want to speak but you hold them.

This emotional energy takes place in your throat and causes fixed throat pain, sore throat, dry cough, PCOD, and swelling in the throat

2. Teeth, jaw and hips

When you repress your anger it causes pain in your jaw and makes your hips and thighs stiff and tight.

Grinding teeth Smoking, and chewing anything that gives relief to your jaw are the result of the suppression of anger

3. Stomach

The stomach holds fear and anxiety energy.

If you have a fear of anything and anxiety, it releases the Cortisol hormone that increases appetite and creates more cravings for fatty food and sugar.

It increases body weight and belly fat.
