Asana: pawanmuktasana part 1,2,3, Vajrasana series, Surya Namaskar, dynamic pada hastasana , druta halasana, vipareeta karani asana, matyasana.
Pranayama: all pranayama especially Bhastrika, Sheetali or Seetkari.
Diet : Avoid oily, fried or starchy food, oscillting between fasting and overeating, eating between meals.

Mudra:- Bhoochari,Akashi,yoga,prana,maha, mahabhedha,yoniand pashinee mudras.
Bandhas:- Moola and Maha bandhas.
Others:- All Meditation and relaxation practices.

1.Surya Namaskar, dynamic asanas, all backward bending , standing and twisting asanas, Dandasana, sukhasana, Ardha mukha savasana, Vrikshasana, santolanasan,Balasana, Halasana, Setubandha asana , savasana, Savitriasana, Vajrasana in Apana mudra, Naukasana in Adi mudra, Vajrasana in Suchi mudra.
Pranayama:- Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, abdominal breathing
Shatkarma:- kunjal, Neti, laghoo Shankprakshalana,
Diet:- Simple, nutritious, Vegitarian diet
Precautions:- Avoid yoga nidra, Meditation and Bhramari pranayama, as these can cause further introversion.
