Yoga for obesity
Asana: pawanmuktasana part 1,2,3, Vajrasana series, Surya Namaskar, dynamic pada hastasana , druta halasana, vipareeta karani asana, matyasana.
Pranayama: all pranayama especially Bhastrika, Sheetali or Seetkari.
Diet : Avoid oily, fried or starchy food, oscillting between fasting and overeating, eating between meals.
