DO NOT squeeze or massage the newborn's breasts because this can cause an infection under the skin (abscess).

Hormones from the mother may cause some fluid to leak from the infant's ni***es. This is called witch's milk.

It is common and most often goes away within 2 weeks.

In this video we can see big abscess formation on both sides due to massage/squeezing by grandma/dai.

नवजात शिशु के स्तनों को निचोड़ें या मालिश न करें क्योंकि इससे त्वचा के नीचे संक्रमण (पस) हो सकता है।

मां के हार्मोन के कारण शिशु के निप्पल से कुछ तरल पदार्थ निकल सकता है। इसे विच’स मिल्क कहा जाता है। यह बिल्कुल भी हानिकारक नहीं होता।

यह आम है और अक्सर 2 सप्ताह के भीतर चला जाता है।

इस video में आप बच्चे की दादी/दाई द्वारा दूध निकालने कोशिश करने के कारण abscess (पस) बना हुआ देख सकते है। 😕

85 year old patient presented with c/o

Pain in right hip with inability to bear weight on affected side for last 12 months.

She was advised Hemiarthroplasty of hip (replacement of head of thigh bone)

This major surgery of replacement of head of thigh bone was successfully done by

our Joint Replacement Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr Devendra Rathore and his team.

She was mobilised on next day of surgery.

* Operation was done free of cost under AYUSHMAN scheme *

85 वर्षीय माताजी को पिछले 12 महीनों से दाहिने कूल्हे में असहनीय दर्द था व वजन सहन करने में असमर्थ थे।

24 y old primigravida 🤰 presented in emergency at 1:30 AM with premature onset of labour with severe preeclampsia mother threw fits immediately after admission Life threatening Eclampsia managed by Dr Swati Kulhar and our obstretic team Emergency cesarean operation done at about 2 AM in morning Both twins delivered (one transverse and another breech) Resuscitated by pediatrician Dr Manish choudhary Babies shifted with mother and breast feeding started within an hour of operation Outcome — mother🤰 and both twins 👶 👶 healthy and happy 24 साल उम्र की प्रसूता को🤰 1:30 बजे इमर्जेन्सी में समय से पूर्व प्रसव के दर्द और तेज बी॰पी॰ के साथ भर्ती करवाया। प्रसूता को एडमिशन के तुरंत बाद ताने आने लगी। डॉ स्वाति कुल्हार और हमारी प्रसूति टीम द्वारा ECLAMPSIA एकलमप्सिया का इलाज कर बी॰पी॰ और तान को तुरंत कंट्रोल किया गया। माँ एवं बच्चों की जान के ख़तरे को ध्यान में रखते हुए इमर्जेन्सी सिजेरियन ऑपरेशन लगभग 1/2 घंटे बाद ही कर दिया गया। दोनों जुड़वाँ बच्चों को ( एक टेढ़ा व एक उल्टा ) सुरक्षित डिलिवर करवाया गया। शिशु रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ मनीष चौधरी द्वारा resuscitate करने के बाद दोनो स्वस्थ बच्चों को स्वस्थ माँ के आँच
