"Shayad therapy mere liye kaam hi nahi karegi...
Something is wrong with me "
Is thought ke saath client ne apni journey start ki — doubtfully kyonki unke
past counselling sessions ache nahi the.
Par is baar client ne trust kiya mujh par aur khud par.
🤍 Dheere-dheere,changes hone lage ...after few sessions vo kehti hai –
💬 “I look forward to our session.”
💬 “Therapy is one of the best option with me ”
💬 “i can do things .”
✨ Ab client apne negative thoughts ko baar-baar repeat nahi karti.
✨ Self-love ki practice se client yeh samjhaye— “I am worthy.”
✨ From giving up every hope to become hopeful.
✨ Ab woh khud se pyar karti hai, aur apni healing pe bharosa karti hai.
Therapy ne sirf uska mindset nahi, life badal di.
Aur yeh sab hua kyunki client ne ek baar fir se koshish ki.
