High resolution Musculoskeletal sono scanning now a days becoming a extremely helpful tool to differentiate diagnosis as well as guided intervention for diagnosing and treatment purpose for a Pain Physicians..... This is more advantageous some time more than basic tool Fluoroscopy in soft tissue disorders !
Here I am uploading three numbers of sono scanning where the lesion suspected to be a ch. Granulomatous lesion of six months of onset ! The lady has no much complaints other than generalized debility , slight loss of weight and moderate fatigue
She is around 25 yrs. old and she is concerned only on cosmetically on asymmetry between both sides of chest wall ! On examination it was noticeable that right 3rd costosternal and costochondral area was slightly expanded but no much tenderness was there !
She was sent for HR-MSK sonography of the area and after getting that I am sharing with you.....
Now, my next step is to send for sono-guided FNAB , TB - PCR with CBC , ESR , Hb% , CRP , LFT and serum alkaline phosphatase level
Soon after getting the results I will be again available in my this page
