When you’re too focused on your progress, you set yourself up for disappointment.

And in more ways than one...

When you're seeing stellar progress, it’s easier to get comfortable and fall off track.

When you’re seeing sh*tty progress, it’s easier to lose motivation and quit altogether.

I’m not saying you can’t be motivated by progress, but realize this:

The more time you spend focused on your progress, the less time you can spend focused on the process that’s going to get you there.

Because when you feel better physically and mentally, and with how you show up to the world, you’ll start to be better in every area of your life.

Weight loss is a side effect of those changes.

That’s it.

It’s also a tool.

Perhaps for some it might get true, but not for all. Have faith in me.

I've been there before.

My weight loss issues had vexed me for quite sometime

I wanted to change, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't seem to make it happen.

It wasn't until I recognised that "working harder" wasn't the best method that I realised what I needed to do.

Working smarter, not harder, is the key to real physical achievement and healing the root cause issues is the real key to solve rebound issues.

This word has the power to undo everything you've worked for.
I "Only" lost 5 Kgs.
This week, I "Only" worked out once.
I "Only" started this month.
Can't you see that by saying "Only," you completely undermine everything you've done?
I wish you could see how much better you deserve.
Because I know how hard you worked and how difficult it is to bring about change.
Even if you "only" believe everything you did was in vain, I know it was not.

Get to hear from so many ladies when they approach for weight loss, say that they been advised to lose weight to overcome the issue of "Not Being Able to Conceive"

And that approach to focus on losing excess weight doesn't help as excess weight is a symptom and there are tons of symptomatic solutions suggested in market today to lose excess weight symptom.

Sadly majority of folks aren't even aware that increase of weight in the body is a symptom just like the increase of temperature in the body.

With symptomatic solutions we can only suppress symptoms temporarily as inner unhealthy conditions ( ) causing the weight gain symptom won't get fixed with symptomatic solutions.

Therefore the focus needs to be on diagnosing root causes of weight gain and fix them, thereby get healthy from inside so that body can function normally as expected.

Fat is burned, but toxins are not removed from the body, resulting in an even more dangerous situation of excessive toxin accumulation in the body.

In addition to burning fat, the right method is to the toxins.

How about adult nutrition? Is it even a priority for the WHO? We tend to think of nutrition as a child's problem. In contrast, nutrition is a preventative measure against all diseases.

But we dump our bodies with loads of sugars be it in the forms of sweets, pastries, soft drinks etc etc.

No wonder that many people are suffering with chronic issues for generations together with such unhealthy eating habits.

The most common liver issue existing with so many individuals today is .
And if not addressed for long, it results into and a steady deterioration in multiple organs and systems of our body.

Yes, going to the gym will not heal fatty liver...thats obvious isn't it?
But that's what most people do to get rid of the symptom( Beer or Pot Belly) and totally overlook the main issue behind it ( Fatty Liver).

The result, not much weight loss, belly fat still intact as the fatty liver is still in the same condition. Worst case, moment working out at the gym stops, weight increases steeply and the condition worsens.

Many of us including me today healed our fatty liver and the resulting transformation which seems magical.
