Today it is regarding imbibing some good habits in life. For that we need to work on our inner thing I.e. our Brain🧠🧠. I recollect one funny example. In one of my companies, there was automatic tap in washroom. I had to just hold hands in front of tap's sensor and water would flow automatically. After a while due to some malfunction the tap stopped working. So it was replaced with the normal manual tap. But every time I used to enter washroom and wanted to wash hands, I used to hold hands in front of tap and I would wait for water to come automatically. U r getting my point right? Yes, Correct. .It was like imbibed in me that on holding hands in front of the tap the water would come automatically. So, slowly I had to build habit of opening the tap for washing the hands. Similarly, we r *stuck in routine* soo much that it gets very difficult to start some new thing. For that matter u need to break some old patterns. Like if u observe carefully, we keep doing some things on *total autopilot* . If u r right handed person, while combing u just lift right hand and start to comb. If u have to eat u peek up the thing with right hand and start to eat. So we always tend to follow some *patterns* . Break these patterns. And the brain will start behaving in different amazing way. So, if u have made the resolution to work out every day the brain will stop u from doing it. If u start breaking your old patterns it will start adapting patterns u want to adapt very fast. So, if u r right handed person purposely use left hand for combing, if u r left handed person purposely take brush in right hand and start brushing, purposely use another hand for doing your usual things. Once u *Train your Brain* 🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🧠🧠🧠to *break patterns* some *rewiring* happens inside and the brain starts *adapting the change* and following it quickly. And then whatever u will decide u will achieve. *Try this out, break the old patterns and build some powerful habits* which will take u to some different height. Lets build a *Vibrant Health* by imbibing some *powerful Habits* 🧘♂️🧘♂️🏋️♀️🏋️♀️⛹🏼♂️.
