HealthDailyWith Prashant MJoshi, 9820206804, Hey friends, how are you doing? And hows your New Year Resolution🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🧘‍♂️ going on..I hope it's on track🎯🎯. Today it is regarding imbibing some good habits in life. For that we need to work on our inner thing I.e. our Brain🧠🧠. I recollect one funny example. In one of my companies, there was automatic tap in washroom. I had to just hold hands in front of tap's sensor and water would flow automatically. After a while due to some malfunction the tap stopped working. So it was replaced with the normal manual tap. But every time I used to enter washroom and wanted to wash hands, I used to hold hands in front of tap and I would wait for water to come automatically. U r getting my point right? Yes, Correct. .It was like imbibed in me that on holding hands in front of the tap the water would come automatically. So, slowly I had to build habit of opening the tap for washing the hands. Similarly, we r *stuck in routine* soo much that it gets very difficult to start some new thing. For that matter u need to break some old patterns. Like if u observe carefully, we keep doing some things on *total autopilot* . If u r right handed person, while combing u just lift right hand and start to comb. If u have to eat u peek up the thing with right hand and start to eat. So we always tend to follow some *patterns* . Break these patterns. And the brain will start behaving in different amazing way. So, if u have made the resolution to work out every day the brain will stop u from doing it. If u start breaking your old patterns it will start adapting patterns u want to adapt very fast. So, if u r right handed person purposely use left hand for combing, if u r left handed person purposely take brush in right hand and start brushing, purposely use another hand for doing your usual things. Once u *Train your Brain* 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🧠🧠🧠to *break patterns* some *rewiring* happens inside and the brain starts *adapting the change* and following it quickly. And then whatever u will decide u will achieve. *Try this out, break the old patterns and build some powerful habits* which will take u to some different height. Lets build a *Vibrant Health* by imbibing some *powerful Habits* 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️⛹🏼‍♂️.

HealthDailyWith Prashant MJoshi, 9820206804, "I have started running for 5 km". Raju was telling me. I said what??😳😳 This guy Raju used to laugh at me whenever he used to see me going to gym or running. He used to say like why am I doing this? Why am I following some diet. His attitude was.. Just eat as per our choice, do whatever u want...khao pio maje karo. Everyone has to die some day.
Why torture urself? I tried convincing him once..But all in vain. So this time I asked him why has he started running🤨🤨. Then he started telling me about his recent health checkup. His TGs were high, he had high cholesterol and his ECG showed some abnormalities. So Dr. Asked him to compulsorily follow strict diet, and run or workout. Now he has no choice but workout and eat only greens and no oily stuff. He is bored of it. But got no choice 🥲🥲. I always keep thinking, but I never understand that why Dr. has to tell someone to follow some good diet or workout. And then we would listen him or her unwillingly. If we build some good habits since beginning, we follow some diet..I wouldn't say it has to be some strict one..But have a little watch on what we are putting in mouth and how many times and how much. If u do it, no need to compromise on eating the whole life, no need to visit Dr. for some serious health issue. And on the top of it you maintain your figure and body age😇😇how about that😊😊. You can talk to me if you want to be FIT and Healthy forever✌️✌️. U got my no.📞 right?

HealthDailyWith Prashant MJoshi, 9820206804: Today I am going to share an example of my mother who is fit and fine. Only thing is one of her *thumb* has become *bent in the joint* . She is a case of *osteoporosis* like many other women. I know many women *after 40s* suffering from osteoporosis or even later stage of osteopenia where ur bones become *brittle like chalks* . My dear friends, mind it. For every action in body calcium is consumed. Even when you breath. And if u don't supply a good nutrition, good calcium supplement *poor body* how will she get *calcium....Of course from your bones* .And then your bones weakening starts. As we are trying to keep yourself healthy we must give some good nutrition to our body. It's a myth that we r getting enough of all nutrition from whatever we r getting. So give ur body good Calcium. Not only that ...Single Calcium is not sufficient..I mean Calcium will be absorbed only in presence of Magnesium, Zimc and Vitamin D3..There vr many good supplements available which have it all ...Also good quality and good quantity of protein should be consumed. But...But...It all should start in the childhood👶👶 and we need to continue it till the end of your life👴👵. Only if you are consuming good quantity of Coconut then u might not need to take Calcium from outside. But, Vitamin D3 must be taken unless u work in sunlight. So keep good stack of Cal, Magnesium, Zinc and D3. Be strong forever.

HealthDailyWith Pras hantMJoshi, 9820206804: New year 2021 started and many of friends had their Fitness 💪💪 resolution. I saw many of them running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️die hard. And I found many funny things happening. Actually it's not funny but it's just unawareness. It happened with my friend Naren. I saw him doing cardio pretty consistently since last November a bit early of the new year. But he started complaining that "This weight..Damn..It doesn't change much". I discussed with him his exercise schedule and most importantly his diet. I found that though he started cardio in d sense Running or cycling, he got some results initially but then his weight got stagnant. I observed some main important things, 1. He did not change his eating habits🍫🍫🍬🎂🎂🥯🥯🍿once he finishes his workout he has Kadak chai with cream role😄😄, 2. There was no progression in his workout in d sense he runs same kilometers when he runs in same time as usual, he cycles the same kilometers with same time as usual, 3. He never lift weights. He is scared of lifting. He has never done weight training.
My dear friends only workout i.e. cardio and not doing weight training, not changing eating habits, having no progression in workout ...Please don't expect any transformation in d body. Change it consistently, change it properly if u really want some positive change in d body. Stay healthy forever.

The most important question is *Do U Have A strong WHY?* To achieve anything in life may it be health or anything if u don't have strong *WHY*, u will not be able to pursue it for long, and u will leave it half way. So if u have made resolution and if u really want to pursue your Health goals, ask WHY to urself. For e.g. My resolution for 2021, I will workout daily..First WHY, why will I workout from today🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️? Ans: I want to build a strong body, 💪💪💪2. WHY I want to build a strong body? Ans: I want to flaunt 😇😇 really🤨🤨😄😄If this is ur answer I doubt u will pursue it for long. Ask WHY till u get to the root of ur Resolution or determination. And when u will get a very *strong* *WHY* u will be unstoppable, u will not procrastinate, u will do whatever it takes. So, **what is ur WHY* ?
