Train. Recover. Adapt. 💪
One week ago, I pushed my limits with a 50km ultra marathon.
Today at the focus was not speed —but smart running.
Relaxed pace, controlled effort, and full attention on recovery. This is where real training happens—when you respect the body, allow adaptation, and build longevity in the sport.
Running hard is easy. Running wise is what makes you stronger.
