Feeling truly grateful and humbled to receive the Best Homemaker Woman Runner Award – 2025 at the 2nd Swami Vivekananda Runners Award, presented by the Vivekananda Youth Connect Foundation. 🏆

Running has been a beautiful journey for me — balancing family, responsibilities, and my passion for fitness. This recognition means a lot and motivates me to keep pushing my limits and inspiring more women to take that first step towards a healthier and stronger life.

🔥 Too Much, Too Soon = Injury

Look at this carefully…
1 hour at 500°c — burnt.
3 hours at 150°c — perfect.

Running is the same.

Some things burn when rushed.
Others become a masterpiece with time. 🏃‍♂️

Fitness is built slowly.
Mileage is increased gradually.
Strength is developed patiently.

If you try to add too many kms, too much speed, too many long runs too soon… your body will not adapt — it will break.

Tendons, ligaments, and muscles need time to grow stronger.
Consistency > Intensity.
Patience > Ego.

Trust the process.
We are building strong runners for the long term — not 2-week heroes. 💪

Stay patient. Stay consistent. Stay injury-free.
