From a nutrition standpoint, one of the best reasons to stir-fry vegetables, as we did in today's recipe, is to hang on to water-soluble vitamins like vitamin C and a host of B vitamins. Vegetables cook quickly and in the least amount of liquid retain more nutrients.

Stir fry is a healthy method of cooking because it requires very little oil, which means that the food is not fried in oil and thus is not as greasy. Stir fry is also a quick and easy way to cook food, which means that the nutrients in the food are not lost through long cooking times.
✅Ingredients in Stir-Fry Veggies:
Heat 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of ghee in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add 1 cup (84 grams) of sliced mushrooms, 1 cup (89 grams) of panner, 1/2 cup (78 grams) of shredded carrots, 1/2 cup (97 grams) of diced onion, and 1/2 cup (74 grams) of chopped Green peas, 1 cup of soyabeen (50gms), Add chilli flakes and green chilli, garlic paste, add some curry leaves, Chopped Coriander leaves and Some Spring Onion for you decoration, Add some Cumin seeds and Sesame seeds and Add some Black Papar power, some pinch off Garam masala( optional).
