🔴 Age below 18 or above 35
🔴 High blood pressure / Preeclampsia
🔴 Diabetes / Gestational Diabetes
🔴 Twin or multiple pregnancy
🔴 Previous miscarriage or preterm delivery
🔴 Placenta-related issues or bleeding
🔴 Thyroid disorders
🔴 Severe anemia
🔴 Obesity or underweight

💡 High-risk does NOT mean something will go wrong —
It simply means you need extra care, regular checkups, and proper guidance ❤️
