We can be going along with our day , feeling a sense of mastery over our lives Anxiety !!! Before we know it , we are feeling like we cannot achieve what we thought we could . Our confidence is SHOT ! Or , we experience fear and we instinctually run away from it and , in turn , lose our confidence because we avoided something we value deeply .
