We often forget children feel just like we do.
I was exhausted from work, drained from a bad day. My daughter ran to me with joy, but I barely noticed. And when she needed me, I snapped. She felt unimportant, just like I did at the office.
But instead of drowning in guilt, I chose repair. I acknowledged her feelings, apologized, and reconnected. And just like that, we both felt healed.
💡 Mistakes happen. But repairs matter more.
