Cyrix Healthcare being one of the largest medical equipment maintenance and management business (~600000 units) is committed to safe disposal of e-waste. Every 1000 Kg of medical equipment e-waste we safely dispose is equivalent of 1500-3000 kg of CO2e (driving 8000-12000 km of in a petrol car / annual carbon capture of ~130 trees), in addition to reducing impact of toxicity to soil and ground water from items like lead, mercury, old batteries, PCBs etc. The process also helps us circulate re-usable materials.
