Breastfeeding & Health Awareness Camp

The Inner Wheel Club of Koderma organized a Breastfeeding Awareness Camp at the Primary Health Centre to promote maternal-child health and environmental care.

Dr. Gunjan spoke on the vital role of breastfeeding in boosting newborn immunity and preventing illnesses, while also guiding mothers on breast cancer awareness .

Protein powder, vitamin capsules, and fresh fruits were distributed in eco-friendly cloth bags. Dr. Sangeeta urged reducing plastic use and adopting cloth bags as a step towards protecting the environment and future generations.

Inner Wheel Club of Koderma hosted a joyful Sawan Milan at Rotary Bhawan.All members including gueasts dressed in green celebrated with music, dance, games, and traditional food. Housie, Antakshari, and lively performances kept the atmosphere festive. Winners were awarded exciting prizes,🥈 making the event memorable and full of cheer.

*The Inner Wheel Club of Koderma organized its first General Body Meeting of the term at the residence of Vice President Kanchan Bhadani. A smooth transition of leadership took place as outgoing office bearers handed over pins and files to the new team. On this occasion, the club distributed 25 eco-friendly cloth tod bags with the Inner Wheel logo to village lady workers, promoting both brand visibility and environmental consciousness. Food items were also distributed. The event concluded with an engaging entertainment session, including games, housie, and high tea, fostering fellowship and enthusiasm among members.

Inner Wheel Club of Koderma held a unique tree plantation competition at Gandhi High School under the guidance of ISO Kajal Gupta, promoting environmental awareness. Students planted 15 fruit trees (mango, guava, amla, jamun) through a fun blindfolded team activity, encouraging teamwork and eco-responsibility. Winners received medals, and all participants were given biscuits and pens.
