Lets have Ayurveda thought on this day ....

Similarity between Ayurveda and indian tricolour flag.....

Indian flag has

1.Keshari colour
2.White Colour
3.Green Colour

Ayurveda is coloured by

1.Pitta Dosha
2.Vata Dosha
3.Kapha Dosha

1.Keshari Colour refers to Pitta/Raga/emotions/anger/rage

2.Green Colour refers to Kapha/सौम्य/स्थिर /क्षमा/Calmness

3.White colour is mediator of Green and Keshari Because if there is no White colour there is no any other colour in this whole world as White is base of all colours likewise vata is catalyst Without him no one can be created or destroyed or maintained he act as a catalyst he चल other are पंगू...

Just a thought .......erupted in mind ....
