The Chancellor of Universities by virtue , a year ago, had claimed infront of many, that his / her powers are curtailed. Be it so, it is extremely disheartening , exasperating alongwith harbouring elements of retardation to the education system of WB U HS ( needs to be marked as caters to the teaching of DOCTORS at a large ) that today , The Vice -Chancellor , simply due to the whim & rogue administration of a CV Ananda Bose ( A Former bureaucrat ) , now Governor , that noxious measures have been taken & the Hon ' ble Vice Chancellor has been axed ( As of now ). Obviously law officers & State Administration will cater ,but from my / our angle, certain things need a focus. My experience since 2013 speaks that WB UHS looked uncanny in every domain until Prof . Paul took up the chair. The transformation was so exponential , with regards to Controlling examinations strictly , publishing the results with a week ( all disciplines ) ,a thorough endeavor regarding integration of Artificial Intelligence with Academics , accentuation in the infrastructure of the university which is taking leaps & bounds & many more or further are exemplary. In the midst of which such retardations due to rising political tensions caused by a some puppet of the Central Government with a lame excuse of the University Grants Commission issue somewhere astonishingly contrasts with his predecessor Jagdip Dhankar current the Vice President of India alongwith other as mention seems very bizzare. My request to all is, the Government will obviously take the N. A, but from our end , we must protest against this from all domains right from the Social Media to the streets , if needed. The state administration IS NOT answerable to such whim & since there are senior doctors here who are into Administration, all must take this seriously.

Kaushik Biswas , with the blessings of the Hon ' ble President Dr. Sudipto Ray & Hon ' ble Vice President Dr . SusantaKumar Roy . The programme was solemnly conducted & concluded with the national anthem
