AI is poised to revolutionaluse Health care market in various ways.It certainly has the ability for Early diagnosis, Personalised treatment and enhance Research in Quantum jumps.The NiTi Aayog( National Institution of Transforming India)has been exploring ways to enhance and leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve cancer treatment.

This winter was full of small travel, Delhi, Mangalore, Goa interspersed with picnics, party and Paper presentation and academic debates. May be Hospital conference, National meetings or case presentation in international Symposium.
A full filing winter even included Alumni get together, speaking our mind out, new blend of Coffee rum with warm water were an added attraction.
Only void is not writing a single paper even though material is ready for a write up.

This is our third attempt in a row from the year 2022, for the Breast cancer survivors, and Health care providers to participate in the transformational practice of Yoga to bring harmony and peace in mind, balance between thought and action and nevertheless to bring unity in restrain and fulfilment.

A very balanced discussion in Head&Neck cancer( Hypopharynx) where Radilologists and Pathologists among Clinicians ( Oncologists) added a meaningful interpretation in approach to treatment.
Role of Robotics and strategising synchronous second cancer in this cancer setting added to the twist to the tale.
Posing with a young oncologist ( a MaxilloFacial Surgeon) for the usual ritual of a photo click was an icing in the cake.

My contribution to sensitise the women community for the 8th March. ‘Invest in women: accelerate progress’- is theme declared by United Nation for 2024.They comprised of two separate IT firms, “Concentrix “which got accolade for maximum percentage of women employees in 2023, and the Second firm, “Bureau Veritas” which confirmed first rank for sustainability analytics in 2024, March.
To my utter experience in each of the Awareness events there were Audience B and audience C connected in Zoom, to make the meetings more meaningful and there was not a single technical glitch.

World over, Research has shown Yoga can help people with cancer both mentally and physically, While it can't fight cancer itself, yoga may ease some side effects of the disease .

Computer searches of the , , Library, and databases are conducted to collect randomized controlled trials on the effects of yoga exercise intervention on sleep quality in breast cancer patients.

It is our second attempt ( September 2023)to organise a workshop amongst our Breast cancer patients and now will host the final workshop before we publish our wholesome and real world data to understand what is happening in our group of patients. More such endeavour is warranted to make a meaningful evidence, on improvement of cognitive function , memory and relief of anxiety, amongst Breast cancer patients.
Many thanks to our globally acclaimed yoga instructor,sir, Mr Samik Majumdar, who never hesitated to be inclusive in our every program and Ofcourse our team of Breast cancer survivors who agreed to volunteer for the same.

Yes, Mindful yoga with my Extended family of cancer patients, Survivors, Paramedics, Health care workers where Yoga applied in clinical trials associated with Yoga awareness initiative , one of it workshop to indoctrinate evidence based medicine with complementary Alternative Medicine ( CAM)
Looking forward and moving forward with the theme-Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam- One earth, One family and One future..
