MANGO SAHI TUKDA

Ingredients-

Milk- 2 cups
Powdered milk - 2 tbsp
White bread- 4 pcs
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Mango pulp- 1/2 cup
Ghee- 2 tsp
Nuts- 5 pcs chopped

Method
👉Take a sliced bread and cut them into triangle shape,
👉 Take a hot pan and brush little amount of ghee and toast the bread slices on medium flame. Toast from both side till it get nice golden brown colour and crisp,
👉Then take milk in a pan and boiled about 15 mins then add suger and milk powder, stir them well then adde
mango pulp in it,
👉 When it becomes thicken then the rabri is ready,
👉Take lukewarm water add some sugar..make a sugar syrup,
👉Dip the bread in the syrup and place them in a serving plate
👉 Then pour the rabri over the bread,
👉Keep in the refrigerator to cool,
👉 After 30 mins it's ready to served.

MANGO SAHI TUKDA

Ingredients-

Milk- 2 cups
Powder milk - 2 tbsp
Bread- 4 pcs
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Mango pulp- 1/2 cup
Ghee- 2 tsp

Method

Vitamin A is one of the most essential fat soluble vitamin.
We take vitamin A in two forms i.e. Beta-carotene (plant source) & Retinol (animal source).
We need vitamin A for the proper maintanance of our eyes, skin and nervous system.
Have a good amount of fish oil, milk products, egg yolk, olives, green leafy vegetables, yellow & orange coloured fruits and vegetables like papaya, mango, pumpkin, carrot, etc.
