Kris Dental Care is now open from 10- 1 in the morning shift, Monday to Saturday. We are taking all necessary precautions in addition to sterilization and disinfection protocols that were already used before. Patients are asked to have a confirmed appointment 2-3 days in advance for convenience. No walk-ins are encouraged. Persons with Covid related symptoms are asked to consult online. Thank you all.

Toothbrush tips-

Use a soft toothbrush compared to medium ones.
Patients suffering from wear and tear of teeth, sensitivity can use ultra soft/extra soft toothbrushes.
Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or when it is worn out.
It's a bad idea to use hygiene caps or placing the toothbrush in your washroom. It is best to keep it in a dry and airy place.
Clean your toothbrush after each use to ensure no food particles or toothpaste remnants are there.
Never share toothbrushes. You may share germs in this way!
Use a proxa/interdental brush for food that gets stuck in large spaces between teeth where floss is not useful. These are better and safer than toothpicks.
Children can use brushes with smaller heads and thick handles(rubber grip)
Motorized toothbrushes are available for children with special abilities are may be helpful compared to normal brushes.
Lastly, the way you brush is more important than the design of your toothbrush. You can keep your mouth clean even with a simple brush if you know the right technique. Criss cross, wavy bristles etc do not matter much.
