It may show up as:

Persistent low mood or emptiness đź’­

Sleep or appetite changes 🌙🍴

Constant fatigue and lack of energy ⚡

Difficulty concentrating or making decisions 🌀

Feelings of hopelessness or guilt đź’”

These signs often last more than 2 weeks and can affect work, studies, and relationships. Depression is not a weakness – it’s a mental health condition that needs care.

✨ Low self-esteem often shows up as constant self-criticism, fear of rejection, people-pleasing, and seeking validation from others.
✨ High self-esteem, on the other hand, helps us embrace challenges, set healthy boundaries, feel worthy of success, and rely on inner validation.

Building healthy self-esteem is not about being perfect — it’s about learning to value yourself, grow through challenges, and celebrate your progress. 💙

Not every creature fights for love.

and go back to sleep.

Not out of weakness.
But out of wisdom.
Because in nature, energy is precious.

There’s something heartbreakingly familiar about that, isn’t there?

We give.
We signal.
We wait.
And when nothing comes back,
we begin to shut down —
not with rage,
but with silence.

That’s not failure.
That’s protection.
That’s how even the softest beings say:
“I’ve had enough for now.”

But here's what makes us different:
We can rest without surrender.
We can heal — not just sleep.

When you take slow, deep breaths, your vagus nerve is activated. This signals your body to shift into the parasympathetic state (“rest and digest”), lowering stress and slowing the heart rate. Deep breathing also increases activity in the prefrontal cortex—the part of the brain that controls focus, emotions, and decision-making.

Why did Ravana have 10 heads?

Ravana’s ten heads were not just for show—they symbolized the ten powerful emotions and traits within every human being:
K**a (desire),
Krodha (anger),
Moha (delusion),
Lobha (greed),
Mada (pride),
Matsarya (envy),
Manas (mind),
Buddhi (intellect),
Chitta (will), and
Ahamkara (ego).

From a psychological view, these represent our inner drives and conflicts. When balanced, they guide us; when uncontrolled, they overpower our wisdom—just as they did with Ravana. Despite his brilliance and knowledge, his unchecked ego and desires led to his fall.

Anxiety is more than just “worry.” It feels like your mind and body are always on edge, even when nothing is wrong.

✨ In daily life it may look like: Overthinking, restlessness, racing heart, poor sleep, irritability, stomach issues, or avoiding people and situations.

⚡ Impact: It can disturb focus, relationships, and peace of mind, making simple tasks feel heavy.
