Here’s a simple formula that works:
👉 30–35 ml × your weight in kg
So if you weigh 60kg, that’s around 1.8 to 2.1 liters per day.
Add more if you’re active, sweating more, or spending long hours outdoors.

But how do you know you’re not drinking enough?
• Dry lips and mouth
• Fatigue and brain fog
• Constant cravings
• Headaches
• Dull skin
• Sluggish digestion

💧 Your water needs are your needs.
