≈ 350–380 kcal
🧺 Ingredients (1 Serving)
Main Ingredients
Paneer (cubed) – 100–120 g
Broccoli – ½ cup
Capsicum (red/yellow/green) – ½ cup
Zucchini – ½ cup

Fats & Spices
Olive oil or Desi ghee – 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) – ½ tsp
Garlic (chopped) – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste

Optional (for taste & digestion)
Lemon juice – few drops
Mixed herbs / oregano – pinch
Sesame seeds / flax seeds – 1 tsp

🍳 How to Make (Step-by-Step)
Heat oil/ghee in a pan on medium flame
Add ginger & garlic, sauté till aromatic
Add broccoli, capsicum & zucchini
Stir fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes
Keep veggies crunchy, not overcooked
Add paneer cubes, turmeric, pepper & salt
Toss gently and cook for 2–3 minutes
Switch off flame, add lemon juice or herbs
Serve hot
