Modern shoes keep our toes stiff and compressed.
Weak toes can affect balance, posture, and even knee comfort.

Simple Yoga Toe Practice:

🌿 Sit comfortably

🌿 Spread your toes as wide as possible

🌿 Lift only the big toes up, then press them down

🌿 Lift the other four toes while keeping big toes grounded

🌿 Repeat slowly for 1 minute

Healthy movement starts from the ground up.
Strong, flexible toes create a stronger foundation for the whole body.
