STOP. Check your feet right now. Are your toes "scrunched" or gripping the floor?

​We often forget our feet, but they are the foundation of our entire posture. When you "grip" with your toes, your calves tighten, your knees lock, and your lower back takes the hit. It’s like trying to build a house on a shaky foundation!

​The "Fan" Reset:

🌿 ​Lift all ten toes off the ground.

🌿 ​Try to spread them wide like a fan

🌿 ​Place them back down one by one, starting from the pinky toe to the big toe

🌿 ​Take one deep breath and feel your weight settle into your heels

​Why it works: Spreading your toes "wakes up" the arches of your feet and signals your nervous system to ground itself. It instantly reduces the "flight" response and eases the pull on your lower back.

• Let your tongue rest gently on the floor of your mouth
• Slightly separate your teeth
• Take one slow breath

We often "wear" our stress like a pair of heavy earrings. Whether you are focused on work, chores, or even just scrolling through your feed, your upper trapezius muscles are likely "gripping" tight. This is the #1 cause of that nagging afternoon neck ache

The "Heavy Elbows" Reset:

🌿 Take a deep breath in through your nose.

🌿 As you exhale, imagine your elbows are becoming very heavy, like lead.

🌿 Let that weight pull your shoulders down and away from your ears.

🌿 Gently tilt your head from side to side.

Why it works: By focusing on the weight of the elbows, you bypass the tension in the neck and force the large muscles of the back to take over. It’s an instant "release valve" for your upper body!
