❌ আয়ুর্বেদ অনুযায়ী দই কখন খাওয়া উচিত নয় ও কোন সময়ে দই সম্পূর্ণভাবে এড়িয়ে চলা জরুরি

আয়ুর্বেদ মতে দই অত্যন্ত পুষ্টিকর হলেও কিছু নির্দিষ্ট পরিস্থিতিতে দই খাওয়া সম্পূর্ণভাবে এড়িয়ে চলা উচিত। বিশেষ করে রাতে দই খেতে নিষেধ, কারণ রাতে দই সেবনে কফ দোষ বৃদ্ধি পায়, ফলে সর্দি–কাশি, সাইনাস সমস্যা, নাক বন্ধ হওয়া, অজীর্ণ ও মাথা ভার হওয়ার প্রবণতা বেড়ে যায়। শীতকাল বা ঠান্ডা আবহাওয়ায় দই খেলে ঠান্ডাজনিত রোগ দ্রুত বাড়তে পারে। পেটে গ্যাস, অম্বল, অজীর্ণ, বমিভাব বা পেটের জ্বালা থাকলে দই হজমের সমস্যা বাড়ায় এবং পাচনশক্তি কমিয়ে দেয়। ত্বকের রোগ যেমন র‌্যাশ, চুলকানি, একজিমা বা সোরিয়াসিস থাকলে দই কফ ও পিত্ত বৃদ্ধি করে রোগ বৃদ্ধি করতে পারে। জ্বর, কাশি, সর্দি বা সাইনাস ইনফেকশনের সময়ও দই খাওয়া নিষিদ্ধ, কারণ এতে কফ জমে রোগ সারতে বেশি সময় লাগে। মাছ, ডিম, মাংস, পেঁয়াজ–রসুন বা খুব টক খাবারের সঙ্গে দই খেলে শরীরে আম (টক্সিন) তৈরি হয়, পেটের সমস্যা ও ত্বকের রোগ বাড়ার ঝুঁকি থাকে। মধুর সঙ্গে দই একেবারে নিষিদ্ধ — আয়ুর্বেদে এটিকে বিষের সমতুল্য উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে। এছাড়া ফ্রিজের খুব ঠান্ডা দই বা অতিরিক্ত টক দই নিয়মিত সেবনে পাচনশক্তি দুর্বল হয়, শরীর ভারী লাগে এবং কফ বৃদ্ধি পায়। তাই দই খাওয়ার সর্বোত্তম সময় দুপুর, এবং দই খেতে হলে সঙ্গে সামান্য জিরা বা গোলমরিচ মিশিয়ে নেওয়া উচিত, যাতে হজম ভালো হয় এবং কফ বৃদ্ধি রোধ করা যায়। অর্থাৎ, দই খাদ্য হিসেবে উপকারী হলেও ভুল সময়ে বা ভুল উপায়ে খেলে তা বিভিন্ন রোগ ও হজমের সমস্যার প্রধান কারণ হতে পারে।
