“Doctor sahab, baby roz shaam ko bina reason bahut rota hai.

Ye situation bahut common hai — aur kai baar iska reason infant colic hota hai.

Good news ye hai ki zyada tar babies completely healthy hote hain aur ye phase gradually improve ho jata hai
But remember:
Fever
Poor feeding
Breathing difficulty
Persistent vomiting
Excessive sleepiness
— in symptoms ko ignore na karein.

Aur parents…
Aapka tired feel karna bhi normal hai. You are doing better than you think.

Most fevers in children do NOT need antibiotics.

Viral infections are the commonest cause—and antibiotics don’t work there.
What matters is correct assessment, not more medicines.

Good care is not about prescribing more—it’s about prescribing right.

Constipation in children ≠ “roz potty na karna” 🚫

Agar stool hard hai, pain ho raha hai, ya baccha potty rok raha hai, boold aa raha hai—tab attention zaroori hai.

Simple steps can help:
Paani badhaein
Fiber-rich fruits (papaya, pear)
Daily toilet routine
Pressure mat dalo
Physical activity badhaein
Sedentary lifestyle ko change karein

🚨 Red flags ignore na karein—early guidance matters.

Evidence-based child care ke liye follow karein.

Different cries = different needs.
Agar aap pattern samajh gaye, parenting becomes much easier

Hunger cry – rhythmic, repetitive (“neh-neh”), gradually louder

Sleep cry – whining, rubbing eyes, irritable

Gas/colic cry – sudden, high-pitched, legs folded, arching, fi***ng, stiffening

Comfort cry – soft, stops when held

Every cry ka matlab bhookh nahi hota
Observe > Understand > Respond

Save this reel – next time baby roye, you’ll know what to do

“Har baar baby rota hai = bhook?
Kabhi-kabhi baby bas overstimulated ho jata hai—

matlab uske brain ko ek saath bahut zyada sound, light, touch mil raha hota hai.
Signs dekhiye:
▪️ Face turn karna
▪️ Eye contact avoid karna
▪️ Jerky movements
▪️ Achanak fussiness ya crying
Aise time pe feeding nahi, break chahiye hota hai.

Calm environment + gentle holding = magic

Parents, baby ke signals samajhna sabse important skill hai ❤️

“Crying ka wait mat kijiye—woh bhook ka late sign hai.

👶 Early hunger cues pe dhyaan dein:
Rooting (muh kholna, lips movement)
Haath muh tak le jaana
Sucking movements

👉 In signs par feed karne se baby calm rehta hai aur feeding better hoti hai.
Simple observation makes parenting easier ❤️

“Baby rota hai matlab bhook lagi hai?

Crying is actually a late sign of hunger.
👶 Early hunger cues pe dhyaan dijiye:
▪️ Muh kholna, lips hilana (rooting)
▪️ Haath muh tak le jaana
▪️ Sucking / chewing movements
▪️ Idhar-udhar face turn karna
In signs pe feed dein toh baby calm rahega aur latch bhi better hoga.
Wait mat karein crying tak—early cues pakdein and be a smart parent.
