Happy Diwali Everyone !!
Did my bit to Celebrate the comeback of with added rigour of ..
Also on personal note, more reasons to celebrate this Diwali for my come back alongwith Pinkathon India .. While JBG Endura 101 Challenge helped in my quick recovery post a minor surgery n helped me stay agile, Pinkathon gives me a reason to Celebrate and continue to stay on track :)
Did an easy 5km walk&jog while on Diwali vacation in the UK..

SATURDAY ANY GROUND IN SALTLAKE for SPEED DRILL

MONTHLY FEE: 500/- per person (advance)

TIMING : 5:30 AM TO 7:00 AM

Session will include
WARM UP
DRILL
CORE
STRENGTH
COOL DOWN

NOTE:
Bring following:-
YOGA MAT
WATER
HAND TOWEL
SMALL LOOP BAND

OUR COACH WILL BE SAI ATHELET TRAINER *AMIT KUMAR SINGH*

We connect every week to spread and exchange some strength, happiness and positivity😁 😊..

Pinkathon is an initiative which encourages women to step out from the comfort of their homes and dedicate an hour to workouts and runs because a woman who’s physically fit can spin magic with respect to her mental and physical health.

Workouts make your runs better so it’s absolutely imperative to throw in those crazy burpees, lunges, push ups, planks, HIIT and basic yoga to your workouts.

This is free for everyone and if you are in UWC and looking forward to Non Equipment Body Weight training sessions with a positive bunch of girls then join us every Wednesday ! 💪😁
