2 TAVR in a single day. Despite the challenges, both came out with flying colours! Accurate Neo 2 and Myvalve were deployed. For 1 patient, the large bore access was closed using Manta Device.

TAVR, or Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement, is a minimally invasive procedure used to replace a narrowed aortic valve that isn't opening properly. Instead of open-heart surgery, doctors insert a new valve through a catheter, typically via a small incision in the groin or chest. This approach is often used for patients who are at high risk for traditional surgery.

Wonderful experience to assist Dr Gopal Ghosh to perform two very complex angioplasties - one Rotational Atherectomy and another Zero Contrast IVUS assisted multi vessel PCI at Gita Ram Hospital, Berhampur. Both were first of its kind procedures in Murshidabad. Really good to see the young talented cardiologists are doing marvellous work even at district level!
