❤️ Heart Attack (Myocardial Infarction)

A heart attack occurs when blood flow to a part of the heart muscle is suddenly blocked, usually due to a clot in the coronary artery. This leads to damage or death of heart muscle if not treated immediately.

Common Symptoms:
Chest pain or pressure (tightness, squeezing, or burning)

Pain spreading to left arm, jaw, neck, or back

Shortness of breath

Sweating, nausea, or vomiting

Sudden weakness, dizziness, or fainting

(Note: Diabetic and elderly patients may have mild or atypical symptoms.)

🚨Major Risk Factors:

Smoking 🚬

High BP and diabetes

High cholesterol

Obesity and lack of exercise

Stress and unhealthy diet

🏥 What to Do Immediately:

Call emergency medical help immediately

Give Aspirin (if not allergic)

Do not ignore chest pain lasting >5 minutes

✅ Prevention Tips:

Exercise regularly

Eat healthy (low fat, low salt diet)

Control BP, sugar, and cholesterol

Avoid smoking and alcohol

Manage stress

CERVICAL CANCER :-
Cervical cancer is cancer of the cervix (lower part of uterus). It is one of the most common cancers in women, but also one of the most preventable and treatable if detected early.

Main Cause

Persistent infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV)

Spread through sexual contact

Risk Factors

Early sexual activity

Multiple sexual partners

Smoking

Poor ge***al hygiene

Weak immunity

Common Symptoms

Abnormal vaginal bleeding (between periods, after in*******se, or after menopause)

Foul-smelling vaginal discharge

Pelvic pain

Pain during in*******se

⚠️ Early stages may have no symptoms, so screening is important.

Prevention

✔️ HPV vaccination (recommended for girls and young women)
✔️ Regular screening with Pap smear
✔️ Safe sexual practices
✔️ Avoid smoking

Screening Recommendation

Women aged 21–65 years should undergo regular Pap smear screening.
