SIX MONTH COMPLETE BODY TRANSFORMATION
There is no easy way to lose fat and you are bound to face struggles . But you need to be patient and continue working on your body . You don't need years to transform your body ,all you need is right mindset , proper nutrition , exercise guidance and most importantly dedication .So I would love to share the fitness journey of Rameez Rasool Mir with you hoping that it will inspire and motivate .
WEIGHT BEFORE/AFTER
90kg / 62kg lost a total of 28 kg .( 6month ) You approach life with curiosity, and I admire how dedicated you are to learning new things. Solute your dedication and consistency, also put your diet under control , drank loads of water and ate various fresh vegetables and fruits as well as lean PROTEIN. Sir you pay more attention to food labels and cut out a lot of carbs , sweets and junk food. ❤️❤️❤️
