64 yr old male with effort angina (chest pain on minimal exercise) .. CAG showed LAD and diagonal significant disease .. LAD and D1 bifurcation stenting done

Treating heart disease in extremes of age patients on same day
1) 14 months baby with congenital heart disease" patent ductus arteriorus" (abnormal connection ) where oxygenated ( good blood) and deoxygenated blood ( bad blood) mixture is happening.
This problem was successfully treated with device closure (button procedure)

2)80yr old male had two chronic total occlusion(100% block) of right coronary artery and lcx (2 among three arteries are blocked totally).patient had weak heart and valve leak(mild to moderate). Bypass surgery was not an option.
Patient was treated with angioplasty and artery was opened successfully

1) 14 నెలల పాప కు పుట్టుకతో వచ్చిన గుండె జబ్బు "పేటెంట్ డక్టస్ ఆర్టెరియోరస్" (అసాధారణ కనెక్షన్) ఉంది, ఇక్కడ ఆక్సీజనట్డ్ (మంచి రక్తం) మరియు డీఆక్సిజనేటెడ్ రక్తం (చెడు రక్తం) కలుస్తోంది.
డివైఎస్ క్లోజర్ (బటన్ విధానం)తో ఈ సమస్య ను ట్రీట్ చెయ్యడం జరిగింది

2)80 ఏళ్ల పేషంట్ కు RCA మరియు LCX (మూడు ధమనులలో 2 పూర్తిగా మూసుకున్నయయి) .రెండు దీర్ఘకాలిక టోటల్ అక్లూజన్ (100% బ్లాక్) కలిగి ఉంది. రోగికి బలహీనమైన గుండె మరియు వాల్వ్ లీక్ (Mild to moderate) ఉంది. బైపాస్ సర్జరీ కి ఫిట్ గా లేడు. అంగిఒప్లాస్టీ ద్వారా రెండు స్తెంట్స్ వెయ్యటం జరిగింది.
