হিটস্ট্রোকের প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা :-

কোনো ব্যক্তি চড়া রোদ গরমে অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়লে কী করবেন:-

১) আক্রান্ত ব্যক্তিকে ঘরের ভিতরে ছায়াযুক্ত অপেক্ষাকৃত শীতল অঞ্চলে নিয়ে যান।

২) ভিজে কাপড় দিয়ে সারা শরীর মুছিয়ে দিন। সারা দেহে এবং মাথাতে জল ঢালুন। ভেজা শরীরে জোরে জোরে বাতাস করুন।

৩) লবন জল নুন-চিনি যুক্ত জল / ORS প্রয়োজনে খাওয়াতে থাকুন। তবে খাবার বা জল সম্পূর্ণ জ্ঞান ফেরার পরেই কেবলমাত্র দেওয়া যাবে।

৪) যদি রোগী অচেতন থাকে তাহলে তাকে পাশ ফেরানো অবস্থা তে তাড়াতাড়ি নিকটবর্তী স্বাস্থ্যকেন্দ্রে / হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করুন।
