Today I ate samosa, 1 glass colddrink, in the evening around 530

then I came back from office and I ate few things in the evening, i could not do yoga few mins after eating.

i then went on to eat πŸ₯œ butter sandwiched in rice cake with honey in it.

then as it was around 8 o clock ⏰, it was more or less dinner time, i ate tasty stuffed dal paratha with tea.

hmmm so what do you think i am guilty or i feel guilty,

See ' Guilt gives nothing instead it gives 😬 stress, anxiety so what i did in the evening that I can not ◀️ (reverse) but I did this instead:

*I SAT IN VAJRASANA* for 10 mins and have have a little, i must sayi did- more than little too ease down my packed belly and channeled my energy to digest what i ate.

Has this happened to you too when circumstance make you to eat more and eat something that might be unhealthy too, it can happen to anybody

If you are following my posts you must have come to know that *1 major thing* if you are having Piles problem that we face in our day to day life

* We are not able to p**p completely at one go and while doing this we get lot of discomfort,

*Today's Tip* cover the physical aspect and tomorrow I will give something about emotional aspect so be ready and follow the tip to get result and get better:

If one wants to heal their Piles naturally one has to work on these 3 aspects simultaneously ;

Physically
Emotionally
Mentally

so start doing this 1 simple asana(exercise), which is known as

*Malasana(Garland Pose)*

*Benefits:*

● Stretches the ankles, thighs
and groin. Also tones the
belly by pressing the
abdomen closer to the thighs.
● *Improves the function of the colon to help with
elimination*
● This pose also increases
circulation and blood flow inthe pelvis.
● Wonderful pose during
pregnancy after 2nd trimester.

Who to avoid :

*Severe knee pain patient
should avoid this practice*

*Instructions:*

β€’ Stand
β€’ Legs shoulder width apart.
β€’ Inhale and place your palms in Namaskara.
β€’ Exhale and slowly squat down, your torso should fit in between
your thighs.
β€’ Using the elbows, push the knees out.
β€’ Hold the posture as you breathe in and out slowly and deeply.
β€’ After a few breaths, relax and sit.

Beginners can start with doing this for 3 times and increase further with practice.

It can be practiced before passing stool and also can be added in your exercise routine.

Few people doubt whether the problem of Piles can be treated naturally without medicines or not.

I was the sort of person who had tried :

Various medications be it:

Alopathy
Unani
Ayurvedic.

And the funny part is that I was the firm believer in Ayurvedic medicines and yoga and I still am, but the home remedies and certain other remedies that I tried even in Ayurveda didnt gave much help to me to cure my Piles problem.

Then I got to the core of the problem and researched for the alternatives because I was fed up of changing doctors, treatments and medicines,.

And as i got deeper, I got to know and I was amazed to get to the core of this problem and not even this, I got to know that our negative thoughts, low self belief and fear, resentment and guilt has lot to do in formation of any known disease that happen to our body.

When it comes to healing Piles and not only piles, any Dis-ease that occur in anyone's body, these four useless feelings that is not helping anyone in anyway, yet we shoulder these negative emotions throughout our life:

🀬Criticism
😣Guilt
😒Resentment

And making things worse in terms of being emotionally and mentally stuck.

So one has to find ways to make changes in ones life and must be willing to change and how will come to you automatically and if you are willing to take action and need guidance type "HEALING" in the comment.
