Kidney cancer is a highly aggressive malignancy necessitating timely diagnosis and expedient surgical intervention.Today performed a right radical nephrectomy in only 30 year old male with diagnosis of renal mass with renal vein thrombus . With precise dissection successfully removed complete tumour along with renal vein thrombus . Patient is completely safe recovering very well and hopefully will remain tumour free all his life.
