An Inspiring Day at Army Public School SP Marg, Lucknow

I had the honour of being invited to Army Public School, SP Marg Lucknow for an insightful and interaction with the bright young minds of Classes 11th and 12th.

In the first session with , I spoke about Officer-Like Qualities ( ) — qualities that are not only essential for a career in the armed forces but are also crucial for achieving success in life.

The second session was an engaging Q&A with , where I addressed their queries about exams, diverse opportunities in the Indian Armed Forces, and how to plan effectively for a purposeful future.

It was truly a fulfilling experience — witnessing the enthusiasm of the students and sharing with them the importance of right mentorship in shaping a meaningful career and life path.

Today at Centurion Defence Academy, Dehradun, Shishir Sir met Reputed Teachers from Army Public School, Lansdowne as they visited the campus as part of a Familiarisation Visit about NDA training.

Shishir Sir warmly welcomed them and gifted them with the latest NDA & CDS books on General Studies and Mathematics in the presence of Group Captain A. Basu (Retd.), Senior Interviewing Officer and Mentor at Centurion Defence Academy (Dehradun & Lucknow Centres).

Along with having a demonstrated history of working with Indian Armed Forces. he has been successful in curating the Shishir Rameshwar National Talent Hunt (SRNTH), India’s biggest defence scholarship examination to promote the country’s youth towards Indian Defence Forces and enabling aspirants to achieve their dreams. Mr. Shishir Dixit is undergoing research to develop a software platform for dossier assessment of psychology testing and officer intelligence rating into SSB to give prompt assessment to every SSB aspirant across the nation.

Outside his professional periphery, The director loves to write on literature and educational blogs for several key learning platforms in his downtime. His innate curiosity towards technologies makes him a tech-savvy professional who loves to learn and stay updated with the changing trends in artificial intelligence (AI).
