✨ Bridge Pose During Pregnancy (With & Without Ball) ✨

Bridge Pose, or Setu Bandhasana, is a wonderful heart-opening and hip-strengthening posture for moms-to-be. It gently tones the pelvic floor, glutes, and spine — areas that need special care during pregnancy.
