2. Buy local - Move out and support your local vendors in buying them a good livelihood.😇

3. Consume seasonal - Boosts health and metabolism as these are mostly pesticide free and devoid of genetic modifications. Imagine eating mangoes in winters, those are either grown chemically or were freeze-stored in summers to be used in any season and hence aren’t fresh.✌🏻

➰The total body water is 70% of the lean body mass. So it forms an essential structural part of tissues needed for growth.
➰Water is the biological solvent without which many crucial metabolic reactions won’t happen.
➰Provides lubrication within joints which makes movement easier and minimises wear and tear.
➰Distributes heat throughout the body and regulates body temperature.
➰Lastly, It is a significant source of macro and micro minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium, zinc, copper, iodide and fluoride. (hard water)

🗓HYDRATE BY :
Plain water, coconut water, nimbu pani, green tea, sattu drink, herbal tea, infused water, soups, buttermilk, unsweetened and unsalted drinks, fruit juices, fruits and vegetables.
