Eczema is usually caused by an imbalance of Pitta (heat/inflammation) and Kapha (itchiness, oozing) along with vitiated Rakta (blood). The goal is to cool the body, purify the blood, and calm inflammation.
⸻
✅ Internal Remedies
1. Neem (Azadirachta indica) – Natural blood purifier and anti-inflammatory.
• Drink neem leaf decoction or use neem capsules (under guidance).
2. Turmeric (Haldi) – Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
• Take warm milk with a pinch of turmeric or use turmeric supplements.
3. Aloe Vera Juice – Soothes heat and supports skin healing.
⸻
🌱 External Care
• Neem oil or Coconut oil mixed with a little turmeric can be applied to affected areas to reduce itching and redness.
• Aloe vera gel directly on lesions provides cooling relief.
• Use oatmeal or neem leaf water for gentle cleansing instead of harsh soaps.
⸻
🥗 Diet & Lifestyle
• Prefer cooling foods: cucumber, leafy greens, bitter vegetables, bottle gourd, pomegranate.
• Avoid spicy, sour, fermented, fried, and junk foods, as they aggravate Pitta.
• Drink plenty of lukewarm water to detoxify.
• Manage stress with yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises).

⚠️ Note:
Always consult an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting internal herbs or therapies, especially for children or if symptoms are severe.
