Chamomile Herbal Infusion
Ingredients:
* 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers (or chamomile tea bag)
* 1 cup hot water
Method:
Add chamomile to hot water.
Steep for 5–7 minutes, strain if needed.
Drink warm 30 minutes before bed.

Chamomile contains apigenin, which calms the nervous system and promotes sleep
