A&G Hospital in Kalyan recently organized a comprehensive health check-up camp specifically for the KDMT staff, which included bus drivers, conductors, and other personnel. The primary goal of this initiative was to proactively diagnose various lifestyle-related and potentially life-threatening diseases before they reach critical stages. During the camp, the dedicated team from A&G Hospital examined a total of 142 KDMT staff members, uncovering prevalent issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stress, and lymphoma among them.

Following the diagnoses, the staff received personalized prescriptions and were advised on the necessary steps to maintain their well-being. Additionally, they were encouraged to undergo further follow-up check-ups to monitor their health status effectively.

The health camp was conducted under the supervision and leadership of esteemed individuals, including Dr. Indu Rani Jakhar, IAS, KDMC Commissioner, Dr. Amit Gargg, Dr. Parminder Pandey, Dr. Lakshmi, Dr. Samita, and Dr. Bapu Patil, who collectively ensured the success of the initiative.

This proactive approach towards addressing prevalent health issues underscores the commitment of A&G Hospital and the KDMC Commissioner towards promoting a healthier lifestyle among the residents of Kalyan and Dombivli.
