Case #1: 36 year male presented with the complaints of Pain abdomen and progressively increasing Lump in abdomen since 1 year. H/o Weight loss ~ 20 Kg. Surgical History of excision of synovial sarcoma Left elbow in 2013. He was evaluated outside with CECT Abdomen which was s/o Large 19x21x30cm lobulated hypodense heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion from body of pancreas with possibility of mucinous neoplasm of the pancreas. PET CT- s/o FDG avid multiloculated, predominantly cystic density lesion. No FDG avid lymph nodal mass or metastasis. EUS guided biopsy of the pancreatic lesion was S/o Mucinous Neoplasm. In view of above findings, Enbloc resection requiring pancreaticoduodenectomy with Segmental colectomy was performed. Histopathology was s/o Mesenchymal Neoplasm with free resected margins and 37 lymph nodes identified in the main specimen. IHC and histo-morphological features was consistent with Monophasic synovial Sarcoma with immunoreactive to CD99, EMA, Ki-67,TLE-1. Patient was discharged on Day 7.
