“Necessity is the mother of invention” – and sometimes, it’s the spark that ignites transformation.

With a vision to strengthen the ability of our frontline teams to go beyond expectations in serving patients, our leadership made a bold decision – to decentralize Learning & Development by creating Behavioral Facilitators across businesses and build capability from within.

Guided by our principle of , we identified and nurtured 15 passionate individuals across divisions, equipping them with skills in Relationship Building and Training Excellence – in collaboration with Dale Carnegie India.

The real transformation began when these facilitators stepped into action. Under the initiative, they launched a unique approach that allowed participants to “Customize Their Learning.”

Drawing insights from 150 participants, the facilitators co-created and delivered workshops tailored to real-time, ground-level challenges, enabling our teams to enhance:

🔹 Managing Difficult Conversations with Empathy
🔹 Building Trusted Partnerships with Stakeholders
🔹 Active Listening & Meaningful Questioning …and much more.

We recently conducted ‘First Impressions’ — our signature onboarding program for new joiners in the Critical Care and Parenteral Nutrition divisions — aimed at making them Fit for Purpose.

From mastering product knowledge and scientific insights to embracing compliance, ethics, and the art of relationship selling — the program equips our teams to serve with confidence, compassion, and credibility.

Such programs are vital in building strong capabilities that directly enhance customer service and patient outcomes — reinforcing our commitment to the our principle: “We serve patients beyond expectation.”

Blood Donation as Fresenius Kabi India - Making a difference together

In Observance of World Blood Donor Day, we shine a light on the impact each blood donation can have on people's lives.

When you donate blood, each donation can benefit up to three people. This is because blood is separated into three components: red cells, plasma, and platelets. Each component targets specific needs, giving three people a better chance of healing.

Our contribution at Fresenius Kabi ranges from our production units to our staff’s personal commitment. Over 2,000 colleagues globally produce essential supplies for blood donation settings, such as blood bags and apheresis systems. For example, we create around one in four blood bags worldwide. That’s millions of blood bags every year, contributing to the wellbeing of millions of patients.

We are proud of our teams for going above and beyond – not only in their work but also by donating blood: Many of our colleagues roll up their sleeves and donated blood during our on-site drive. Thank you to every blood donor for making a real difference!
