“Necessity is the mother of invention” – and sometimes, it’s the spark that ignites transformation.
With a vision to strengthen the ability of our frontline teams to go beyond expectations in serving patients, our leadership made a bold decision – to decentralize Learning & Development by creating Behavioral Facilitators across businesses and build capability from within.
Guided by our principle of , we identified and nurtured 15 passionate individuals across divisions, equipping them with skills in Relationship Building and Training Excellence – in collaboration with Dale Carnegie India.
The real transformation began when these facilitators stepped into action. Under the initiative, they launched a unique approach that allowed participants to “Customize Their Learning.”
Drawing insights from 150 participants, the facilitators co-created and delivered workshops tailored to real-time, ground-level challenges, enabling our teams to enhance:
