Here’s a simple acupressure point that can help release neck tension quickly.

👉 Find the space between your pinky and ring finger.
👉 Slide slightly downward to the small hollow just before the knuckles.
👉 Press and hold this point firmly (it should feel slightly tender).
👉 While holding it, slowly turn your head to one side… then the other.

This point is called Triple Burner 3 (TB3).
The Triple Burner channel travels up toward the neck, which is why stimulating this point may help reduce stiffness and improve movement.

If one hand doesn’t help, try the other side.
