Day 1 – Free Yoga Awareness Camp
Date: 19th June 2025
Time: 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Venue: Fever Clinic, Yenepoya Medical Hospital, Deralakatte

As part of the International Day of Yoga celebrations, Yenepoya Naturopathy and Yogic Science College and Hospital, a constituent unit of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), commenced a 3-day Free Yoga Awareness Camp at the Fever Clinic started 19th June 2025.

The camp aims to promote the benefits of yoga and naturopathy among the public, focusing on holistic well-being and disease prevention.
On Day 1, participants were introduced to basic yoga practices, breathing techniques (pranayama), and lifestyle guidance rooted in naturopathy.

The camp will continue on 20th and 21st June 2025, encouraging more people to embrace yoga for better health and wellness.
