I attended my first "Cutting Edge Laryngology" meeting in 2012 in Malaysia and was delighted to receive the David Howard Poster First Prize! Twelve years later I feel so honoured to be invited to take one of the three Keynote Lectures in this meeting which is to be held at the Royal Society of Medicine in London this October. Do consider attending this truly spectacular laryngology meeting.
