Today's Morning Meal
Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:- 2 boiled chicken breast, 150 gm pasta, onions 2cup, mushrooms 100gm, 2 capsicum, 1 big brocolli.
How to make it:-
Add pasta, 450ml water & olive oil 2spoon cook it till water will got vanished. Add chicken(must be cut in small pieces), mushrooms, onions, brocolli & add some salt for taste. Red sauce ( for red sauce pasta). Add red sauce accordingly add some olive oil(1spoon). Cook it for 5 minutes.
Hot serve taste well.
Yummy 😋 & healthy ❤

Lemon Tawa Chicken
Full protein fat free
Ingredients:- 200 gm chicken breast chopped, 5 spoon yogurt, 2 onion chopped, 1 bell pepper chopped, a bit of ginger, 1/4 spoon turmeric powder, 1/4 red spice, 1/2 spoon salt, 1 slice of pineapple chopped, 1 lemon.

How to make it:-
1. Take 5 spoon yoghurt & mix 1/4 chilli powder, 1/2 salt, 1/4 turmeric powder.
2. Mix it and add 1 lemon in it & 2 spoon olive oil(optional).
3. Mix chicken in it & bell pepper & onion, pineapple, ginger etc.
4. Mix the whole items in a proper way.
5. Let you tawa heat up on gas for 2 minutes, then spread the item on tawa.
6. Let the item untouched for 9-10 minutes( Don't cook it more then it else the products in it will start getting saturated fat which is not good for health).
7. After 10 mins when all the liquid got steamed bake it for 5 minutes.
8. Ready to eat.

This post is for those who would love to spend their money in eating junk food then buy medicines and goes through worse time. Guys just get over from the low facilities with low fees. If you cant even afford 700rs a month for your fitness. Then i would prefer you to go and spend it where your priority wants to. We are not here to earn money we are here to deliver results.

A advice for you all who have good physique or wanna get it.
Never ask yourself or your trainer that how much time it ll take to make a perfect body. Coz no one knows about it. It's your hardwork which creates a path towards aesthetics.
Whether it is Money, Gf/bf or health. If u get it easily u gonna loose it easily.
So work hard & smart to get better results instead of asking others for time intervals.
Moral:- Easy Come, Easy Go.

Consume black coffee before workout to get lean and good physique and get extra sweating with longing workout strength.
Note: High Blood Pressure patients beware from this.
Lemon water or green tea is highly recommended for blood pressure patients. It also helps you maintain your blood levels.

Brown bread sandwich(enriched with vitamins & protein)
- Take 1 brown bread slice
- Use peanut butter spread(50 gm)
- Then put another slice on it
- Put some salads on it like Cucumber, tomato, onion etc
- Cover it with another slice of brown bread
Have it
Taste good, rich in fibre carbohydrates proteins.

According to UNITED HEALTH ORGANISATION it is necessary to consume 2400 calories for male and 2000 calories for female a day. It must be divided accordingly with protein & carbohydrates as each gram of it contains 4 calories. Eat healthy Stay hydrated.👍🏻
