At Ayurveda Clinics we are guided by our mission:

To provide quality health services and facilities, to promote wellness, to relieve suffering, and to restore health swiftly, through our commitment to excellence and service. To participate in the creation of healthier lives within the community. To promote Ayurveda as a way of life. Ayurveda is a healing science which comprises of two words, Ayu and Veda. Ayu means life and Veda means knowledge or science.
'Ayurveda' means 'the science of life'. Ayurveda not only offers treatment through medicine, therapies and diet control, but is also a way of life to achieve a healthy body, peaceful mind and contented soul. Ayurveda is based on the concept of the three doshas, or basic constituents, which make up not only the human being, but the entire natural world:

Vata - The principle of movement, related to the elements of air and space. Pitta - The principle of fire and interaction, related to the elements of water, fire and air. Kapha - The principle of solidity, related to the elements of earth and water. Your basic constitution determines the way in which you interact with your environment and indicates the types of diseases that you may develop. Once you understand your constitution, you can learn to balance your body and adapt your diet and behaviour to suit your basic nature. According to Ayurveda, health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of balance on the physical, mental and spiritual levels.

Neutroceuticals is a crucial area of nutrition research in prevention and to cure already fully developed diseases.

ayurveda can play a major part in developing such advance concepts

Ayurveda has mention the systematic integration of nutritional practices in relation to the Prakriti of an individual, which amalgamates information from genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics projected to provide a solid evidence based scientific foundation for the advancement of personalized nutrigenomic dietetics

Ayurvedic inspired approaches will augment distinctive research and development efforts toward safe and personalized foods.

The outcomes will favor not only better health and food habit recommendations, but also smart Ayurnutrigenomic-inspired foods.

today i see a young patient asking me solution for skin tags. he is obese. he has heard about agni karma (ayurvedic cauterization) , an ayurvedic way of removing the tags.

skin tags are believed to be old age problem but now a days Mostly see in youngesters or may be in children.

skin tags are a sign of underlying insulin resistance,
characterized by high insulin resistance & impaired carbohydrate metabolism, slow liver function, & poor GUT health.

as per the study on non diabetic 109 patients, it is found that 77% are linked with skin tags and high insulin, and 97% having acanthosis nigricans (hyperpigmentation on nape of the neck and arm pits).

can be seen in people who are overweight and obese, pregnant women (due to hormonal changes and an increase in growth factor levels), people with a sex-steroid imbalance (e.g. changes in estrogen and progesterone levels).

note : removing by agni karma (ayurvedic method of removing by cauterization) or chemical peel is not the solution. start working on your metabolism, cut shot the sugar ,and start exercising.

but do not ignore it.....

share who is having skin tags.

lets understand heart through ayurvedic view.

people still beleive ayurveda as traditional science not as scientific evidence based science because of the poor documentation, less available text, language barrier poor publication and poor translations.

Ayurveda, is the one of the earliest healthcare system in the world which is a rich resource of well-documented ancient medical knowledge in Sanskrit. it has contributed its knowledge to medical science but unfortunately never been given credits

there was a long confusion wheather Ayurveda drug manufacturing unit facilities could be used for production of Ayurveda licenced food products. here is the clarification.

Ayurveda Aahara’ needs prior approval, the same shall be in accordance with the Food Safety and Standards (Approval for Non-Specific Food and Food Ingredients) Regulation, 2017.

but Ayurveda manufacturing unit facilities can be utilised for manufacturing ayurveda food products licensed under FSSAI provided, but the manufacturing company should have due precautions to avoid cross contamination as per the Schedule T of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940

this will cut down the cost as since separate facilities and unit is not required for manufacturing products licenced under FSSAI and ASU drugs.

phenylephrine doesn't work, confirmed by FDA .

people will need to learn to "make the appropriate choices for alternative treatments," the FDA document noted, albeit without spelling out what that should be.

make your choice before using .... useless compund used in Alcold Plus, Alerid-D, Alex Cough syrup, Alex Kid (Paed), Berlin-D, Ceticold, Chericof syrup, Coldrest, Digicof, .........

If phenylephrine is off the market, it would keep people from unnecessary costs and delay in care from taking a drug that has no benefit and avoid the risks of potential allergic reactions or other side effects, especially from taking more in order to seek some benefit.
