This 24yr/m had fever and just only in 4days his all symptoms got worsen. He was diagnosed as Dengue haemorrhagic fever with severe thrombocytopenia(Plt count 18000 )with Transaminitis presented with sev.abdominal pain & distension , body aches, high grade fever, anorexia, gabrahat. His coagulation profile , electrolytes all were deranged ,6 RDP of O positive blood were transfused. Finally with full aggressive treatment efforts he got treated in 3 days.
Family got happy that their Patient became normal, alive ,active with liver and kidney functioning normal a/w all symptoms of dengue subsided.

This 62 years female patient presented in unconsciousness, semioriented state along with Right side facial paralysis and Right Hemiparesis with presentable BP 200/110mmhg.

Patient went to local hospital where they insisted them for ventilator approach in case if it’s ischaemia even after getting NCCT head film . They were oblivious to differentiate between stroke due to cerebral haemorrhage/infarct / ischaemia.
Patient attendants immediately approached me ,I asked them to bring CT film first and patient was brought to me within next 5 mins after analysing .

Immediate thrombolisation was done along with RT ,Cathetrizatiion , anticoagulants, loading dose , strict cardiac monitoring was done . It was a hard call but patient revived with perfect approach and line of treatment on specific window period of this diagnosis .

MRI angiography head was done later after 1&1/2 day which proved our diagnosis but till then our patient was fully managed .Patient was almost improved in initial 3 hours . She was kept for 2 days started eating normally and discharged after removing folleys urine catheter in fully satisfactory condition with full GCS E4M4V6

Currently patient is doing well .
Patient and attendants were quite happy . I am happy again 😊

This 28yr/m had fever and just only in 2 days his all symptoms got worsen. He was diagnosed as Dengue haemorrhagic fever with severe thrombocytopenia(Plt count 7000) with Transaminitis presented with sev.abdominal pain ,body aches, high grade fever, anorexia, gabrahat with HR 190/min.His coagulation profile , electrolytes all were deranged ,3 units of SDP were also transfused when platelet count was 7000 only.Although he had hypocalcemia with electrolyte imbalance . Finally with full determination and aggressive treatment efforts he got treated in 5 days .
Family got happy that their Pt became normal, alive ,active with liver and kidney functioning normal a/w all symptoms of dengue subsided.
