RETREAT WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT:
is a sequence of 12 gracefully linked We will learn basics of this sequence which is considered a medicine for your whole body.
We will practice each posture separately, explore transitions between them, link them with the breath & then flow with awareness with the intention of gratitude which is the essence of this practice. .
This session will help you find strength in your body and develop a sense of lightness. Calming your mind and experiencing slow-deep breath to release stress or any tension stored in your body.
Its a beginner friendly session so if you are someone who wants to start practicing yoga, already a practitioner or even a yoga teacher. The session will have something for everyone.

If you have one, embrace it.
If you need one, seek it.
If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in.
Hold on. Love it up.

🌺 Workshop at Women Wellness Retreat 🌺
The prolonged exposure to screens, along with poor posture, can lead to a host of problems, including neck and shoulder tension, jaw and head tightness, grinding teeth, sore muscles, wrinkles, eye strain, headaches, and a reduced ability to focus, stay motivated, and maintain emotional stability.
At this 90 minutes workshop during the retreat you will unlock trapped energy through a combination of de-armouring, myofunctional therapy, neurovascular release, face yoga, and Dien Chan facial techniques, that relieve tension in the jaw, neck, and shoulders, leading to improved well-being, inspiration, and creativity.
Nourish with us inside & outside at this one-of-a-kind retreat in the mountains.

Chakras refer to various energy centers in your body which in the physical realm corresponds to specific nerve bundles and internal organs.
The seven major chakras run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. If these energy centers are imbalanced , you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.
One of the ways to regulate chakra system of our body is meditation.
If you’re not sure where to start or just want to know more about your chakras and how they may affect you, we are hosting an online workshop in April. Dates will be out soon.

Soak your feet in lukewarm water every day before going to bed and Sleep like a baby.
Food Bath helps you to relax and rejuvenate it stimulates wonderful key pressure points that are located on your feet and around the ankles.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Prepare lukewarm water in a small tub
2. Feel free to add Epsom salt to help the muscles of your feet relax
3. Soak your feet 7-10 minutes.
4. Dry your feet and apply oil all over your feet

Let the bowl of your heart overflow with Self-love.
Be honest with yourself!
Once you know and see who you really are, you cannot help but love yourself.
Self-love is not selfishness but accepting who you are.
You accept your flaws and strengths alike, no guilt and no shame.
Yes, love is contagious, and it should start with self-love.
When you love yourself, loving people around you comes easily.

Self-love is freedom and is not limited by any conditions.

How uniquely beautiful creations we are.

The self-love space is not all light, it’s including all your dark and dusty parts. It can be heavy but total acceptance will set your soul on fire and open the doors to be truly alive. Let’s Go!!!
