We’re constantly inspired by the people around us to grow, improve, and keep moving forward—one baby step at a time. Every small goal we achieve fills us with the most incredible sense of accomplishment.

Today, we celebrate our brave hearts who conquered their very first 4km walk—with a little fear, a lot of courage, and unstoppable determination.

Staying physically active is our daily reminder to honor and never take our bodies for granted. Here’s to showing up, pushing through, and becoming better than yesterday. 🌟

What we realise everyday, It is more than just physiotherapy — it is deeply human. We are here today because of the people who walk through our doors every day. They share with us their tears and their smiles, taking us along on the roller coaster of life, especially through the difficult stages filled with uncertainty and despair.

Thank you, because it is you who push us to be better each day. You inspire us to be more creative, to think deeper, and to find innovative ways to achieve goals — sometimes simple, sometimes wonderfully unusual. Every step is part of a journey, and it has truly been a beautiful one.

September is month dedicated to Pulmonary Fibrosis, a condition which has been on the rise. Damage and scarring to the lung can cause a hit not only on day to day activities but also quality of life and overall confidence.

Heart disease is the topmost cause of death globally, according to the World Health Organization. Over the last few years, deaths due to heart diseases have doubled in India.

Despite the availability of cardiac rehabilitation in India, few people who need it available this facility, therefore, the unmet need for cardiac rehabilitation is higher in India than in any country in the world.

This World Heart Day, 2022, take care of your heart and maximise your individual heart health.

If you know anyone who has a heart disease (by birth or has undergone an angioplasty, cardiac bypass surgery, valve replacement or heart transplant etc) urge them to enroll into a cardiac rehabilitation program to improve their quality of life!!
