Conducted a live session on for the group I always want to work with : . No matter if you are working outside or in your home, the pressure is always there; no matter how much you try to balance, the pressure is always there.

Your is invisible because you don’t want to make it visible for others, your is invisible because you always try to manage it in your own little ways, your is invisible because you are not allowed to acknowledge & express it.

A small step towards understanding, identifying, acknowledging & managing one of the difficult part of our lives.

The best way to be with Children is to let them be the way they are… session with lil ones.

It was a feedback in itself that they stayed with me for one hour & wanted to stay more.

It was a significant learning on how giving a safe space conveys & facilitates expression of .

It’s the fear of judgement that prevents sharing of feelings without hesitation. On demand we conducted another workshop on & realised that we all are sailing in the same boat.

Sharing reduces the feelings of being alone, while facing the challenges. Happy to create a space where, even if a tiny bit, we were able to put our guards off & see that others are also experiencing similar feelings.

Exploring what’s beneath the surface helps in better management of . The serves as an easy & effective way to explore the underlying feelings.

Try noticing them by drawing a circle around these feelings every time you feel .
